  Beautiful view (if you look away to the left) and the room decor was top notch. I loved the spacious bathroom with both shower and tub. The room was spotlessly clean and the coffee machine worked great.

  I booked their most expensive room for a special occasion. Turns out the room's balcony is in the plain view of the people dining in the restaurant next to it. It's a bizzare choice. Very loud music til 12pm, and then you listen to the personnel cleaning up after the party: moving furniture etc. Your bed and the venue is separated by a thin wall. If you want to relax on the balcony and watch the sunset, then you are sharing this moment with strangers on the restaurant terrace, as they are 5 meters away from you and you can see each other as if you were sharing the space. This, of course, cannot be seen in the pictures when booking. The staff could not move me anywhere, and offered no solution to this problem. Despite the location and design, this hotel cannot be 5 stars due to the poor management.

  Terrible Stay – Loud Party Next‑Door, Constantly Shifted Promised End Time and No Room Change Available This has been the most frustrating and disappointing hotel experience I have had during all my travels. It felt like I was paying money to suffer. If you have other options, please avoid this property at all costs. I was exhausted after a long day of travelling and just wanted a quiet room to get some proper rest. However, on the night I checked‑in, guests in the neighbouring room threw a loud party. Blaring music with heavy bass kept pounding non‑stop, mixed with constant cheering, shouting and noisy commotion. The hotel walls offer almost no sound insulation. Noise travelled straight into my room, and it felt as if I was sitting inside a nightclub. My ears were ringing, and it was impossible to stay peacefully in my own room. I contacted the front desk right away to report the noise issue. At first, the front‑desk staff told me the party would end at 11 p.m. and things would quiet down, asking me to wait patiently. I endured the racket until 11 p.m., yet the party showed no sign of stopping — if anything, the music got even louder. I reached out to the front desk a second time. They then changed their statement and said the party would finish at 11:30 p.m. Giving two different estimated end‑times was really frustrating. Overwhelmed by the ongoing noise, I clearly requested a room transfer so I could get some sleep. Unfortunately, I was informed there were no vacant rooms available and a room change was not possible. Apart from repeatedly pushing back the promised end time, the hotel took virtually no practical action. They did not step in to stop the disturbance, offered no alternative solutions or compensation, and left me with no choice but to put up with the disruptive noise all night long. I tried everything I could think of: closing every window tightly, wearing earplugs and turning on white‑noise sound machines.

  I liked the breakfast terrace, and the breakfast itself was quite good. The lobby was beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

  I was disappointed that there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The hair dryer was terrible — it was extremely noisy and took a very long time to dry my hair. I strongly recommend replacing it. I also noticed that the water in the sink drained very slowly. Additionally, the minibar prices were unreasonably high, which made the overall experience feel unpleasant and left a bad impression. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and improve these aspects for future guests.
