    Pleasant stay

    Convenient location. Nice, clean, and spacious rooms. Warm welcoming message and treats.

    A few things need to be fixed/replaced such as toaster, blind on kitchen window can't be closed, new toilet seat needed.

    Security Deposit of AUD500 is still not refunded after 28days

    I was being charged extra AUD500 for security deposit when we booked this property as part of their policy. However, after we checked out on 31/7/2026, we expect the refund to take place 14 days after we checked out as written in their terms. Til date, I have yet to receive my security deposit. I have been contacting the property owner and Booking.com customer service but til now, nothing has happened. 28 days after my check out, my money is still not refunded. HELP!!!!!

    We were very happy with our time in Margaret river.

    Location was great to explore Margaret river town on foot.

    The accommodation was comfortable and tidy.
