Our booked apartment was given to someone else so we were not happy

    We were not happy

We booked 6 weeks ago. At approx 12 pm on day of our arrival we were contacted and told the Apartment was accidentally rented out to someone else. We were given a much smaller apartment without garden access. We were given a refund of 60 Euros essentially the difference in price between the 2 apartments. We felt that we were totally duped and did not and do not believe this was accidental. Our booked apartment we believe was leased to someone who was staying longer than we were. The situation was not ok from any perspective!!!!
