  Il 7 si è trasformato in 4, perché?

  L'appartamento è di nuova o comunque recente ristrutturazione con una cucina ben accessoriata e un patio esterno molto confortevole.

  Inizialmente ho valutato l'esperienza complessiva con un 7 considerando la scala da 1-10. Ho fatto la richiesta all'host di potere effettuare il check in un po' prima delle 15:00 qualora l'appartamento fosse stato disponibile. Ricevuta la disponibilità ho effettuato il mio check in alle 13:00. L'host è stato corretto nel dirmi però che effettuando l'ingresso prima delle 15:00 sarebbero potute mancare alcune cose. In realtà, ho trovato tutto a parte uno strofinaccio secondario (magari) per la cucina e il caffé per la macchina del caffé (ma questo non è stato per me un problema). Durante il mio soggiorno (VEN-SAB) ho avuto alcune difficoltà poiché lo scarico della doccia drenava lentamente e così mi sono adoperato con un asciugamano a terra arrotolato per evitare che l'acqua travalicasse in giro per il bagno. Onestamente non ho contattato l'host per un semplice motivo: era un weekend ed essendo il solo a farmi la doccia mi sono fatto l'onere di "sopportare" questo piccolo disagio (c'è di peggio in giro!!!). Ho comunque segnalato all'host questa problematica alla fine del mio soggiorno per evitare che magari un futuro cliente si ritrovasse questo scarico lento. Le ceramiche del bagno sono fatte di un materiale plastico ma comunque belle alla vista con qualche piccola siliconatura da rivedere in quanto il bidet risultava sconnesso dalla parete. Il 7 si è trasformato in 4, perché? Mentre stavo effettuando la recensione qui su Booking, vengo contattato dall'host dicendosi amareggiata per il 7 quando in realtà si aspettava un 10. Io lì per lì ho spiegato la mia valutazione all'host e ho anche detto che quella era la mia opinione e al massimo avrei potuto evitare di scriverla per non abbassare il rating della struttura.

  Overall, this place was great. Close to the center of town, spacious and clean

  The flat itself was great, spacious, comfortable, and clean. We stayed in two different cities before arriving in Perugia. After over a week in hotels, it was nice to have a larger flat with a sofa, fridge, etc. The host was great, very responsive. She even called a taxi for us on the day of our departure. The location is a short walk to the city center.

  Just be aware, if you have mobility issues, this place might not be for you. You have to walk up a slight hill and take two flights of stairs to access the unit. The upstairs neighbor was very loud, constantly screeching furniture around, stomping on the floor, etc., but it was not the host's fault; it was just a loud neighbor.

  Excellent and wonderful stay in Perugia

  Very comfortable and central next to the mini metro station and the escalators to the city Centre. Very good WiFi, marvelous outdoor area, comfortable beds & equipped with all the necessities.
