Generalnie jest ok. Polecam
Pobyt bardzo dobry! Największym plusem była możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania, za co ogromnie dziękuję – było to dla mnie kluczowe. Poza tym cała reszta w porządku, czysto i bezproblemowo. Pojawiły się jakieś drobnostki, ale zupełnie nieistotne i niewarte uwagi. Budynek dość stary, wymaga remontu lub odświeżenia. Sama ulica i najbliższa okolica też niestety były dość brudne, ale wiadomo, że to kwestia miejska i nie jest to wina właściciela.
Jedynym realnym minusem jeśli chodzi o apartament jest jego lokalizacja we wnętrzu budynku oraz fakt, że na parterze przechodzi się bezpośrednio przez strefę ze śmietnikiem, co nie jest zbyt komfortowe.

The location is really nice. We called the taxi from and to the airport and it took around 12,000ft per trip. There is a metro and tram station in just 3min walk. We took it to all the tourist attractions. There're several supermarkets nearby. Everything we need in the apartment. The owner, Ferdinando, is quite friendly and responsive. The apartment is very cool even though during heatwave when it's 40 degree outside. Super big for 3 person. We cooked everyday. King size bed. I'd definitely love to live again in the future.

Πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία και ήσυχη γειτονιά διπλα σε μεσα συγκοινωνίας. Το διαμέρισμα πολύ άνετο, με όλες τις παροχές που ζητούσαμε. Δροσερό για τις ζεστές μέρες που επισκεφτήκαμε τη Βουδαπέστη. Τόσο που δε χρειάστηκε καν το κλιματιστικό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός.
Τα μόνα αρνητικά ήταν οι πετσέτες που ίσως ήθελαν αλλαγή και τα πλυντήρια πιάτων και ρούχων που χρειαζόταν κάποιον καθαρισμό και συντήρηση.
