Tranquilitat en un apartament lluminós prop de la platja.
Amplitud de l'apartament, les coses de cortesia (tè cafè, sucre, detergent, etc.) i l'equipament de la casa en general. Facilitat d'aparcament a la zona, i molt aprop del castell, la platja i el parc.
