The contact number on Booking.com is wrong. There is no descripition of the process for getting keys or access. It needs to explicitly state that the property owner emails you the door codes the day you are to check in. It also needs to say that parking is in the back.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Maria Mayo!

Conveniently located close to the Mayo Clinic, parking place, fairly quiet, clean, and with nice decor.

I don’t have any complaints about the property.

Stay hadn’t been cleaned, host was apologetic, I had to rebook some place else at almost twice the cost since it was lat

    Location was/would have been great.

I arrived to find it hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest checked out. The host was apologetic and initially was going to see about getting it cleaned. After more than an hour there was no update, and they allowed me to cancel my stay at no cost. While I appreciate they let me cancel, I had to rebook at a much higher cost. I wouldn’t recommend anyone take a risk with booking this stay.
