  The Maria & Nada consists of two Villas in the page. Maria is on the left, Nada is on the right. We stayed in Nada beach Villa with a large pool & yard & jacuzzi. Astonishing property with also direct view & access to sea

  When you reserve the villa, you do not know which on you get. This could be clarified.

  A deeply disappointing and unacceptable stay that fell far below the standard advertised.

  The only positive aspect of our stay was that the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by the numerous issues we experienced. Overall, the villa did not meet the standard presented in the Booking.com listing, and we left feeling extremely disappointed with the condition of the property and the service we received. Based on our experience, we do not feel that the villa reflected the quality or standard expected of a “superior” property.

  The photos on Booking.com make the villa look luxurious, but unfortunately our experience was completely different from what was advertised. When we arrived, there were no outside lights, the jacuzzi was dirty, and the swimming pool looked green and uninviting. What made this even more disappointing was that the neighbouring villa had all of its outdoor lights illuminated every evening and their pool remained crystal clear throughout their stay, despite us having booked what was advertised as the superior villa. It was difficult to understand why our villa appeared to be neglected in comparison. Inside the villa, there were ants and cockroaches throughout the property. We were given ant spray to deal with the infestation ourselves and were told someone would come to fix the outside lights. However, the pool lights were not repaired until 8:54 pm on the Sunday evening, despite us leaving the following day, so we were unable to properly enjoy the outdoor facilities for the majority of our stay. One of the basement bedrooms had obvious mould and damp, which resulted in one of my children becoming unwell and having to move rooms. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, particularly for a family holiday. The overall cleanliness of the villa was poor. Although we were offered a complimentary clean, all that appeared to be done was changing the bedding. The property was still not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was heavy limescale on all of the showers and taps, making the bathrooms appear dirty and very unhygienic. We chose not to continue making complaints because of the poor attitude and unprofessionalism we experienced from some of the staff. Throughout our stay, people were repeatedly entering and leaving the rear of the villa without announcing themselves, despite us having eight children with us.

  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a perfect villa in a stunning location

  The location was perfect, was unsure how to access the keycode and this was not made clear and originally a host was going to meet us but then when I rang him he stated that his shift had finished and to contact the company, this did not help when we had x4 small children and 10 adults waiting in the darkness, late at night. If it had been stipulated that we just needed to access the keycode then this would have been more helpful on arrival. Company were very helpful and gained access eventually

  Arrival, as noted above. Small needs where that we did not gain access to cot and highchair that had been booked, until 3 days after arrival when a lovely lady visited to assist us. Also to maintain cleanliness on our stay it would have been helpful to have dustpan and brush on sweeping floors to pick up debris and a mop and bucket to wash floors
