Great location, great views, on a budget just have 2 star expectations.
Location was amazing, quirky, view to die for, great sunset, easy access to walk to Fira and bars and restaurants in Imerovigli. Fresh towels and bottles of water was a great touch, fruit platter at breakfast was amazing. Hairdryer and straighteners were a nice touch.
Frequently no water mid shower Breakfast orders wrong. Hot tub was too hot - set at 45 degrees waited 2 days to be corrected- was perfect then someone turned it off. Toilet bin not emptied daily. Lack of plates / glasses.

Nightmare start to our honeymoon. No refund issued, we stayed elsewhere.
Only positive experience was Frank. He was overworked, under appreciated, and doing far more than he should have for the owners. Location was convenient, but nothing about it was as advertised or described.
Nothing about the apartment was good. Dirty, messy, required maintenance. The photos are of both apartments combined, but the view, balcony and pool for the apartment we were given was shocking. The photos must have been taken years ago, because it looked completely different. We requested a refund, but this was refused. It was supposed to be the perfect honeymoon destination, but the room wasn't even ready for our arrival time because all of the staff had quit the day before. Wouldn't go back if you paid me. Thankfully, another hotel operator on the island was sympathetic to our situation, offered us a healthy discount, and apologised on behalf of the island for the way we had been treated by Maria Paradeiso.

Quirky, spacious. In a central location. Great view.
TV was not connected to cable/set up box. Cable wire was broken? The included breakfast was supposed to arrive between 9:30 and 10:30 (already later in the day). Ultimately took until 11. Lots of stairs to get to the property. Found a cockroach. Half of the Bathroom lights were broken.
