    Wonderful holiday in a beautiful small city and a lovely apartment that had everything you needed

    Lovely location and amazing sunsets. We had a very relaxing holiday and Faro is a beautiful small city and the ferry to the beach on the nature reserve at only 2 euros is a bargain and a truly stunning quiet beach. The restaurants are lovely and so are the very lovely people. It is not touristy like Albufeira which is why we loved it. Delicious food, lovely little cobbled streets., amazing beach from a ferry ride and such friendly lovely people. I can recommend Faro to anyone who would usually just land there and move on to a tourist resort
