My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. The room was elegant, with a gas fireplace, comfortable four-poster bed, and private bath. Breakfast was wonderful, off a patio where Tom grows some of the veggies that find their way into our omelets. Tom, it turns out it's also a great cook! The establishment has a lot of religious artifacts on display, part of a vast collection assembled by the previous owner, Maria who used the building for a restaurant. Tom and Marie, his wife took over after Maria couldn't run the restaurant and turned it into a B&B. I do recommend this property especially compared to the traditional chain hotels in the area that charge about the same price for a whole lot less ambience.

Weekend get away
The B & B was situated in the heart of Berkeley Springs. Shops, restaurants and the springs were within a 5 minute walk. The owners were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great , all fresh local produce. If visiting Berkeley Springs i would highly recommend this place.

Amenities were non existent, from tissues to shower cap. My husband had to hook up hot water in our room. Lightbulbs need replacing, so reading in our room was difficult. Tom was gracious and works hard, but seemed to be juggling his many roles.

That owner Mary was extremely personable and kind as was her husband. The Inn was clean and breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again.

40th Birthday bash
Mary is phenomenal she made my sister's 40th birthday more special. I appreciate Mary and her hospitality and kindness. Will definitely stay here again!!!
