  1. Πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα. 2. Όμορφη κατοικία, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. 3. Ησυχία και γαλήνη όλες τις ώρες 4. Πολύ καλή οικοδεσπότες που αγαπούν αυτό που κάνουν. 5. Ατελείωτη παραλία, για όλα τα γούστα.

  The location is definitely one of the strongest points. The house is just behind the beach, tavernas and practically everything you may need. The welcome from the owners, Costas and Maria, was exceptionally warm and excellent. The small house is located in front of the owners’ home and has a pleasant veranda with a table under a fig tree, which is a very nice place to sit and relax. The kitchen is equipped, the windows have mosquito screens, and a washing machine is also available, which was very useful for us. Although the furniture is quite old, the beds were surprisingly comfortable and we slept very well. The pillows were excellent, and there is air conditioning in the bedroom. The car park is inside the gate of the house, so it is easy to walk everywhere. Considering the price, the accommodation offers very good value for money.

  The accommodation is quite dated, and the doors are low and narrow. The bathroom is particularly small, reached by a step and with a very low ceiling. The shower is extremely cramped, with no holder for the shower head and very little room to move. The washbasin is also very small, and the toilet seat was unstable. Air conditioning is available only in the bedroom, so the kitchen can become quite hot unless the bedroom door is left open. Overall, some aspects of the bathroom and kitchen could benefit from improvement, but the excellent location, comfortable beds, pleasant veranda, washing machine and very reasonable price made the stay a positive experience.

  Прекрасный семейный отдых в тихом месте

  Отдельный домик, рассчитанный на трех человек. Дом и кухня оборудованы всем необходимым. Внутри очень чисто, дом красиво прибран. Было приятно в нем находится. Для приема пищи есть стол внутри домика на кухне, а также на открытом воздухе, под навесом. Хозяева - очень милая пара, угостили нас смоквой и еще греческим блюдом, очень вкусно и была трогательна такая забота. До моря одна минута пешком. Море очень чистое, пляж песчаный и песчаный вход в воду. На пляже народу очень мало, побольше - только в выходные, но это совсем не критично, не как на курортах. Есть места с мелководьем, что подойдёт для семей с маленькими детьми. В мелководье можно найти красивые ракушки. Пляж общественный, но есть зона с лежаками, кабинкой для переодевания, душем. Хозяева разрешили пользоваться своими лежаками. В деревне есть несколько таверн с национальной греческой кухней. Самый главный плюс этого места - очень мало иностранных туристов. 90% здесь отдыхают сами греки, очень понравились приготовленные блюда и цены в ресторанах. В самом Каковатосе есть только два мини маркета, там можно купить необходимый минимум продуктов, но если вы хотите приготовить мясо или рыбу, то отправляйтесь в соседний поселок - Захаро - в 8 мин езды на авто. Мы туда ездили за продуктами в супермаркеты.

  Отрицательных впечатлений нет.

  Die Lage des Hauses, wirklich ca. 3 Min. zum menschenleeren Sandstrand. Der Garten sehr schön angelegt die Terrasse zum Frühstücken und einfach sitzen und schauen ... Meerblick! Wunderbar. Bei uns war windiges Wetter, wir schliefen bei Meeresrauschen ein. Gute Taverne ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß. Für große Menschen mag das Bad etwas niedrig sein, aber man lernt damit umzugehen. Es ist eben kein Hotel! Eine sehr nette etwas urige Unterkunft. Wir würden unbedingt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank noch einmal.

  Die verständliche Warmwasserregelung. Wir vergassen immer wieder rechtzeitig das Wasser auf warm zu stellen sodass wir dann halt am Morgen kalt duschten . Aber das lag an uns und war ja kein wirkliches Unglück.
