    We stayed here for 6 nights. There are some positives, but overall we felt the property is overpriced for what it offers. The location is convenient, close to Patitiri, and having a washing machine was very useful during our stay. The room was cleaned every few days, and the owner seemed to do a quick tidy-up daily, which we appreciated. However, finding the property was surprisingly difficult. There is no sign or clear indication from the road, and the owner didn’t answer our calls or messages when we arrived. We ended up standing at the gate trying to recognize the place from the Booking photos. The building itself is not a traditional house but more like a large shared structure with an open roof space under the main roof. Because of this, sound travels very easily between rooms, and you can hear almost everything happening in the neighboring accommodations. The magnetic mosquito screen on the entrance also slams shut every time someone enters or leaves, which becomes quite disturbing. The view is towards neighboring buildings rather than nature or the sea, so if you’re looking for a peaceful island atmosphere, this may not meet your expectations. At checkout, I also sent a message asking where to leave the key, but again received no reply. After a few days we got used to the place and still enjoyed our holiday, but considering the price (around €600 for six nights), we expected a much better overall experience.
