  Octavian was an exceptional host, he sorted us out with a 5 star all inclusive hotel for 1 night due to a power failure in the house. I could not thank Octavian enough for his hospitality.

  The location, coziness, amenities, cleanliness. The place is a stunning neat home tucked between local residential properties. You have a surprising amount of privacy with your three terraced and small garden. The house is quiet and welcoming, even though it's located just 2 minutes walk away from the village central street. We'd never heard anything, as if we lived in a secluded mountainous area. The mentioned street offers a variety of tavernas and touristic shops, so you have most of your needs covered. The host was exceptionally friendly and knowledgable, and he made our stay extremely pleasant. We felt heard and pampered throughout our stay. The place is highly recommended for shorter and longer stay since it has everything one might need on Crete.

  Sehr schönes, kleines Ferienhaus im alten und weniger hektischen Teil von Hersonissos mit wunderschönem Ausblick und mehr als genügend Terassen. Die Ausstattung ist super, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Octavian ist auch ein super Gastgeber - wir wurden mit einer kleinen Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln empfangen, unter anderem wirklich leckeren Keksen. Die Lage ist super, in wenigen Schritten ist man im gemütlichen Dorfkern mit schönen Tavernen. Zum Strand ist ein Auto nicht verkehrt - das sind etwa 2-3 km, die es aber auf dem Heimweg bergauf geht.

  Kein Nachteil an sich, was man aber wissen sollte: - Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist extrem steil. Für uns kein Problem, wenn man aber nicht ganz so gut zu Fuß ist, ggf nicht ideal. - Der Parkplatz ist ebenfalls extrem klein, viel mehr als ein Kleinwagen passt dort nicht drauf. Zumindest jetzt im April waren aber auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz 50m entfernt jederzeit etwas frei. Also kein Problem für uns. - Das Haus hat dicke Steinmauern und nur kleine Fenster. Heißt jetzt Ende April war es im Haus doch eher kühl, im Sommer ist aber genau das bestimmt ein großer Vorteil.

  Η διατήρηση του παραδοσιακού στυλ, η καθαριότητα και όλες οι παροχές που είχε που σε έκαναν να αισθάνεσαι σαν στο σπίτι σου. Ο οικοδεσπότης και η ιδιοκτήτρια μας υποδέχτηκαν πολύ εγκάρδια και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά σε επόμενο ταξίδι μας στην Κρήτη!

  Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν οι γάτες του χωριού που μαζεύονταν στο κατάλυμα επειδή είχαμε μαζί μας το σκυλάκι μας.
