  The place was new and modern. It had a roof deck with view of the ocean. The host, Sofia, was helpful.

  We found a roach in the sofa…not fun! Also, the driveway and space provided for parking was very, very narrow. Even an experienced driver took many maneuvers to get in and out of the space even with a small car. Our car got scratched and owner refused to even share in the cost of what the rental company charged us.

  We had a wonderful 9 days in Marilen house Sophia the manager contacted us before our arrival to help in any way we bo

  The property is perfectly placed just a ten minute walk to busy Parikia and with wonderful views over the busy port area. The back terrace facing the sea port area is in the shade most of the day, hence very comfortable outdoor dining every day.

  For the first 200 mtrs or so the walk into town is on a busy road with no footpath on one side. But after that, the roads are smaller secondary quiet roads. Parking is tight on the property and we had a small car.
