Ambiente Posizione Tranquilla Arredamento
Il posto è indubbiamente molto bello, immerso nella tranquillità e piacevole da vivere, ma per quasi 300 € a notte, colazione compresa, il servizio ha lasciato a desiderare. Siamo arrivati alle 17:00 trovando la stanza gelida e le lenzuola umide, e nonostante la segnalazione in reception l'ambiente si è scaldato solo in tarda nottata; a questo si aggiungono un terzo letto formato da una poltrona letto anziché un letto vero e proprio, una colazione appena sufficiente (esempio se avessi richiesto due semplici uova strapazzate, avrei dovuto pagare ulteriori 5euro), una cortesia molto importante, richiesta alla receptionist per il mattino dopo rimasta totalmente ignorata e disattesa, con mia grande amarezza. Inoltre nessuno ci ha illustrato o proposto, l'utilizzo dei servizi spa e dell'idromassaggio. Ripeto, il posto è incantevole e l'atmosfera davvero piacevole, ma la gestione dei servizi e l'assistenza alberghiera lasciano a desiderare e penso che una struttura del genere, altamente autoreferenza, non se lo possa permettere.

Leuk hotel voor bezoek aan Florence
Leuk hotel beetje ver van Florence centrum. Per taxi goed te bereiken.
Parkeren was OK. Wel steile, krappe plaatsen voor SUV's.

Sin duda el lugar y la habitacion. jardines muy bien cuidados, y la piscina perfecto.
todo bien, estuvimos 4 dias y si que el desayuno cada dia era lo mismo, jamon york y queso de bocadillo, estando en la toscana un poco de embutido variado estaria genial.

Urlaub jederzeit wieder
Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool hatte eine tolle Lage mit Ausblick. Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Sehr zu empfehlen, für kürzeren Aufenthalt.
Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn Kaffee und Minibar wieder aufgefüllt worden wären
