    Not what you’d expect from a five-star hotel.

    If you’re staying in Bursa for just 1–2 days and want a thermal hotel, I’d recommend looking for a better option. It doesn’t feel like a five-star hotel.

    Disappointing thermal facilities, old furniture and outdated interiors. The entrance from the main road is extremely inconvenient and feels unsafe.
