    Overall good but minimum bilingual translation of instructions of appliances would have been helpful

    The people manning the Helpline number

    Staff at the reception office were not explicit in their instructions They were non empathetic to the fact that tourists do not understand Japanese

    This property exceeded our expectations – it was traditional yet modern, quiet, comfortable, well appointed and absolute

    Absolutely stunning hotel in a fabulous location close to Nishiki market. This property felt authentic and traditional yet modern. Absolutely beautiful.

    There was nothing we didn’t like about this property.

    Good location with lots of room for two people

    Location, space, convenience of luggage storage and shipment, easy checkout, cleaning and removal of garbage

    The heat was extremely difficult to turn on and off. It was hard to know if it was on or if it was off. it took a lot of time to get it to work. The hot water in the upstairs bathroom did not always work.
