  Siamo state ospiti in questa struttura per 5 giorni ed eravamo 8 ragazze. Sara, la proprietaria, è stata gentilissima e si è riservata qualche minuto in più per darci dei consigli sui posti da visitare e/o per mangiare, segnandoci posto per posto, che si sono rivelati poi eccezionali. È sempre stata disponibile, in qualsiasi momento, per ogni nostra domanda o esigenza. Per quanto riguarda la casa la posizione è ottima proprio sul lungomare, facilmente raggiungibile il centro in pochi minuti (noi avevamo affittato la macchina), parcheggio privato nel residence e un solarium per soli condomini. I locali per uscire la sera di fronte casa perciò siamo sempre andate a piedi, durante la giornata c’è sempre stato silenzio giusto la sera si sente un po’ di musica ma basta chiudere la finestra. Casa molto grande e spaziosa per 8 donne (le foto non rendono la bellezza), vari spazi comuni per stare tutte insieme. C’è un terrazzino in una stanza che dava una vista bellissima sul mare e sull’Etna, permettendoci di vederla anche in attività. 3 condizionatori funzionanti e nella lavanderia tutti i prodotti utili per la casa che non c’è stato bisogno di comprare (consiglio però di vedere quali ci sono prima di fare la spesa) anche la cucina aveva spezie olio ecc. Casa curata e pulita e per essere in Sicilia anche una casa abbastanza fresca, basta tenere gli scuri chiusi per non far entrare troppa luce Se dovesse ricapitare occasione di tornare verso Catania, sicuramente ci farebbe piacere tornare in questa struttura.

  La estancia ha sido maravillosa , la casa la localización ha sido perfecta nos ha permitido estar en una zona estratégica para conocer parte de la maravillosa Sicilia. La casa muy bonita amplia y cómoda, por poner alguna pega seria q revisarak el estado de alguna cama q suenan bastante , pero el resto todo perfecto, aparcamiento facilisimo ya q tiene parking y la zona de playa privada un rinconcito maravilloso para darse un baño cuando está cayendo el sol. Hemos estado en familia y tod@s hemos venido encantados volveremos... Gracias Sara por tu amabilidad y simpatía España ♥️Italia

  Great location, beautiful private beach, outdated apartment.

  The apartment is nice, however pretty outdated. It must have been wonderful 20-30 years ago. It really needs some upgrades. However, the location and the private beach are fantastic! If you are looking for a place just to sleep, at a good location with nice beach on a good price than this place is perfect, however be prepared for the following: no air condition in every room, noisy doors, uncomfortable beds, difficulties flushing the toilets. We also had some issues at the beggining with check-in time, the keys and some things were not explained/showed to us by the lady who let us in. At the beginning the customer service was horrible, the style they used with us was unacceptable. But eventually the owner became nicer, and kinder and helped us with the issues.

  The host was an incredibly nice lady who told us about the neighborhood and helped with everything we asked. The view from the balcony was magnificent, as were the neighbors too. There are many, big rooms so the house can accommodate many people at once, great for families:) There is also a bus stop nearby but I would advise everyone to use cars because that is way easier than public transport in Sicily.

  Many restaurants and shops were closed, but that's solely because we visited during winter. We had a little problem with the warm water and the toilet but those were also caused by the cold weather and the host helped asap.
