Colazione perfetta come la posizione ottima per arrivare in centro in 15 minuti a piedi

It was pleasant, central and generally well appointed for the budget minded teaveller.

The proximity to central station, trams and buses was excellent. The hospitality of the host was great. Ease of access to the street level. Unit is fully appointed for clients to cook for themselves if required with a range of kitchen equipment.

The lack of ventilation for shower room and the kitchen exhaust vents into the cupboard above. One can’t use the kitchen kettle at the same time instant hot water unit is on, as circuit breaker trips and losses all power to unit. Breakfast was very lean with one croissant and a coffee offered.
