    Bad Service, Accommodation, Homestay

    --- Contact & check in --- 1. Contact is bad -> Booker need to contact to the owner, not the other way around. At least say hi, and tell us when will you give us the check in details. 2. SUPER slow replies -> Most of the times, it took few hours for him to reply. 3. Late check in detail!! -> Told us he would give us the details, but refused to give us check in details even only a few hours before the actual check in. -> For your reference, other owners usually give details 24 hours before the check in. FYI, we asked for details 2 hours before check in as that is the expected time to reach. -> AFTER over 2.30 PM we had to ask owner for check in details again to get in. The check in time (2pm). Added with SUPER slow replies. --- Facilities & properties --- 1. False Advertisement (no kitchen) -> Claimed can cook, but no gas or electric kitchen at all!! This is a very big, BIG minus. Only have fridge, kettle, coway. Owner said already changed detailed and blamed Booking. 2. AC broke -> On/off automatically. 3. Toilet super bad, disgusting, yellowish stain -> Do I need to say more? Mangkuk tandas yellowing. Door knob damaged. 4. Floor damaged -> Dangerous to walk on. Pecah pecah here and there. 5. Bathtub -> yellowish and disgusting --- Verdict --- - If can give negative, we'd give -6. - Almost feels like that old house which has been abandoned for a long time. - Bad owner service. Like REALLY bad. Worst of all, check in at 2pm, but gave us details at 2.30pm (only after asked). We even asked MANY TIMES before reaching the property. No reason to slow replies if in this business. Please be responsible.
