Tutto perfetto
Appartamento in centro. Molto comodo per qualsiasi escursione. Molto pulito e provvisto di tutto. L’host ci ha fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di ottimo vino. Molto gentile e disponibile pronto a tutte le richieste.

Un lugar perfecto para unos días en Cagliari
Muy buena ubicación y muy bien distribuido el espacio. Además, su anfitrión, Fabrizio, es encantador y muy amable. Cocina y apartamento muy bien equipado. Tiene aire acondicionado.
Es un tercero sin ascensor, el tema de la basura en la ciudad es un poco lioso y hay que abonar tasa turística a parte.

Ottimo e piacevolissimo soggiorno
Struttura molto accogliente. Sembrava di essere nella propria casa, bella, pulita, ben accessoriata di ogni cosa. Terzo piano permette di ricevere una buona areazione all'interno. Letti matrimoniali molto comodi. Elettrodomestici: tutto ben funzionante. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo imprevisto ma l'host, in 15 minuti, è venuto subito a risolvere il tutto. Abbiamo ricevuto varie informazioni sugli autobus e sui posti dove andare a pranzare/cenare. Per qualsiasi richiesta di informazione abbiamo ricevuto subito risposta. Puntuale anche nell'accoglienza.
Le scale potrebbero essere un problema in alcuni casi.

It is hard not to rave about this property, host and how comfortable and relaxing our five night stay was! Despite our late fight in, Fabrizio (who is probably the nicest host you can ever meet) met us at the door to check us in and give us a tour of the apartment and throughout our stay was quick to address our every question. The apartment is really modern, spacious, made with a lot of thought, impeccably clean, having every appliance and amenity you may need or think of for being self-sufficient in the city (if this is your travelling style)! The spacious bedroom has its own, separate powerful air conditioning, the windows have external blinds - a cool luxurious oasis for any scorching hot summer! The location is right at the marina, close to everything - public transport which takes you to Poetto beach, the old town (Bastione di Saint Remy), hip Restaurants, Gelaterias, Trattorias, you name it! We would love to be able to be back at Cagliari and if we do, there is absolutely no question, we'll feel very lucky if we could book Fabrizio's Marina apartment once again!
