    Very good

    The location is good and the facilities were very new. It worked for me as my sister was visiting and staying at a beach location which was only 10 minutes away so I could get some work done but easily get beach and family time in too. Bed and TV both awesome! There are only 24 condos in the development and is very quiet.

    The unit only has a mini fridge with limited capacity to make or store ice. There was a large garrafon of water but no way to use it so you need to bring your own. Don't plan to do any cooking as it really isn't set up for that.
