  Well furnished and clean property with very helpful support staff

  Well furnished, clean and very helpful staff (Joanne and team). The landlord was also very kind and went an extra mile to arrange an extra fan for the property upon our request.

  Being at the heart of the town centre, it does get quite noisy during late night. It will be nice if the property could install triple glazing windows for better sound insulation

  The area was ok as right by Main Street so not far to walk as im disabled but we had a good weekend away with the day a

  Well what we didn’t like about the property where to start as far as I was aware we were renting a bungerlow but when we got thier it was actually a flat no parking or couldnt even stop to unload as it is in a one way street so we had to try and park further away im guessing about 10 min walk if we could find parking Im street we couldn’t get in or out of shower properly as thier was a large pane of glass then a small gap to get through items in kitchen missing blinds didn’t work properly couldnt get the coloured lights to work properly thier was a washing but no tumble dryer or a fold away airer to dry clothes no television in bedroom which most couples like to relax in bed while watching tv mattress was stained in many places on both sides as well as the bedding as only noticed this as Emily s bit of my drink so took bedding off to wash before it went through to the quilt then we noticed everything else so we reported all of this to the person we were in contact with about property and then they come back with a long email about me dropping my suitcase downstairs out front and caught the door and going to charge us for damages bit thier was no damages or marking would of been different if I through suitcase at door with force amd thier was no signage or anything in the add about property as got cctv but like I said this only come about because we pulled them up on all the issues we had

  Great location

  Central location, beautiful apartment fully equipped. Short walk to harbour and seafront and very short walk to shops

  Can be noisy on the nights but to be expected due to its location- recommend ear plugs if a light sleeper
