  Bel appartement direct sur la plage du petit port de Marina grande . Très pittoresque le soir avec les 3-4 restos du port.

  Emplacement très pittoresques mais difficile d accès avec gros bagage : accès réservé au auto des résidents . À pied on doit grimper pendant 10 min pour rejoindre le haut de la ville

  Posizione e Organizzazione degli Spazi La posizione dell'alloggio è semplicemente imbattibile: situata nel cuore di Marina Grande, la casa si trova a soli 5 metri dalla spiaggia, circondata da ottimi ristoranti tipici e comodi negozietti per ogni necessità. Inoltre, la fermata dell'autobus a soli 10 metri permette di raggiungere il centro di Sorrento in appena 5 minuti, rendendo gli spostamenti estremamente agevoli. All'interno, gli spazi sono distribuiti e organizzati davvero molto bene, fornendo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno pratico. Lage und Ausstattung Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach unschlagbar: Mitten im Herzen von Marina Grande gelegen, befindet sich das Haus nur 5 Meter vom Strand entfernt und ist umgeben von hervorragenden traditionellen Restaurants und praktischen Geschäften für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 10 Meter entfernt, sodass Sie das Zentrum von Sorrent in nur 5 Minuten erreichen und sich bequem fortbewegen können. Die Räume sind sehr gut aufgeteilt und organisiert und bieten alles, was Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigen.

  Punti Critici: Muffa, Odore e Gestione Purtroppo, la nota fortemente dolente riguarda lo stato complessivo dell'ambiente interno. Sulle pareti sono ben visibili evidenti tracce di muffa che compromettono l'esperienza di soggiorno. Questo problema porta con sé un odore persistente e sgradevole di chiuso e umidità, percepibile fin dal primo momento. Chi gestisce la struttura avrebbe fatto decisamente meglio a non affittarla in queste condizioni. Per questo motivo, dopo la prima notte ho preferito disdire il resto del soggiorno. Kritische Punkte: Schimmel, Geruch und Management Leider betrifft der gravierendste Mangel den Zustand der Innenräume. Deutliche Schimmelspuren sind an den Wänden sichtbar und beeinträchtigen das gesamte Wohnerlebnis. Dieses Problem führt zu einem anhaltenden, unangenehmen, muffigen und feuchten Geruch, der vom ersten Moment an wahrnehmbar ist. Die Hausverwaltung hätte die Unterkunft in diesem Zustand besser nicht vermieten sollen. Aus diesem Grund habe ich nach der ersten Nacht meinen Aufenthalt storniert.

  Do not stay here

  The lady who greeted us and showed us the property was very polite, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this is where our positive experience ended

  1. Location - the fishing village did not offer much in terms of food, entertainment or scenery. While we could catch a cheap bus to take us to Sorrento, you could not do this with luggage and the 1.2km trip by taxi or Uber was €35. This just felt like a rip off. 2. The accomodation - there was a damp/musty smell throughout. The condition we to the downstairs living room and kitchen area was broken and the only source of fresh air was to leave the front door open which offered no privacy. The downstairs bathroom had a working toilet but the shower could only accommodate a child with the door closed. The walls of the downstairs area had visible mould and with the lack of airflow, this area was neither relaxing or comfortable. While a kettle was provided, there was only one tea bag and an opened bag of damp sugar. The step steps which took us upstairs had a rope handrail on one side which was not fixed into the wall and quite dangerous. The two bedroom upstairs was actually one room divided by a partition and resembled a bunker. It was a semi circle shape that felt quite claustrophobic there were old peeling stickers stuck on the surface- unsure if these were for decoration or to cover mould/holes. Again the room smelt damp and musty and the only window was at the front of the building but due to the broken screen and noise we could not leave this open. Fortunately the upstairs air conditioner worked so this enabled us some relief. The upstairs bathroom contained a sink, bidet and toilet. Unfortunately the toilet did not flush properly so we had to use the toilet downstairs. The upstairs area also had visible mould on the walls. We were so concerned about the potential effect of this mould and damp/musty smell on our health that we could not take the risk of staying for the three nights we had paid for. We stayed one night and left the next morning.

  Spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. The location was perfect.

  Nothing, everything was amazing.
