    Lovely apartment with everything you need close to the beach and restaurants in luz

    Great location, apartment is well equipped

    Bedroom is directly beneath the roof terrace- there was some noise in the early hours of the morning from people moving furniture and socialising

    Good

    The location was great; very close to the beach and right above a delicious (but pricey) restaurant. The small kitchen has most of what you need to cook a simple meal. Airconditioning was fine.

    Like other reviews already said, the mattress is terrible and should really be replaced (I tried flipping it but unfortunately it wasn't double sided). The bathroom smelled like sewer throughout my whole stay. The glass front door doesn't have a curtain so every time you go the bathroom or hallway you're exposed to bypassers. The TV only had 7 Portuguese channels installed. The apartment is advertised as 'seaview' but there's a tall building in front, blocking your view from the ocean.

    would love to book again and looking at dates in July but the mattress is putting us off

    location was great . cleanliness was excellent

    the mattress needs to be replaced. my husband ended up sleeping on the couch as the right side of the mattress as you look at the bed from the foot of it is dipping and extremely uncomfortable
