  Roomy apartment in great location.

  It’s is a great location for seeing Hollywood sites. The apartment is in a secure building. The bedroom was very roomy. We appreciated the coffee maker, kitchen and onsite locked parking.

  It was a little light on cups and glasses, although what is there is very nice.

  Fantastic theme, great location, clean, recommend

  The theme was memorable, layout good, location convenient and parking was very convenient

  Blankets whilst keeping with theme could be a bit better quality for sleeping but this is a minimal complaint and a few more accessible power points in bedroom would be good for a cpap user.

  La ubicación exelente, pero lo demás. Creo q no volvería

  La ubicación. Y las camas

  Que nos cobraron 60 dólares por llegar 1 hora mas tarde, porque supuestamente una persona tenía q quedarse despierta para ir a abrirnos cosa q nunca pasó todo fue a través de un mensaje de wasap que lo hubiesen dejado desde q mandaron la ubicación, aparte el balcón estaba cerrado con cadenas y solo estaba la ventana de la habitación,la casa tenía detectores de humo q con asar tan solo una carne se activaba una sirena horrible, algo a mencionar es q en la gano no había luz solo una lamparita q no alumbraba casi nada pequeña y muchos tomacorrientes no funcionaban.

  The stay was okay overall, with a convenient location, but better communication, clearer arrival instructions, and more

  The location was convenient and close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

  Upon arrival, we learned the property was at a different location than expected. Communication with the host and the individuals responsible for letting us in could have been clearer. No services were available, and basic supplies were limited—only one roll of toilet paper, no extra trash bags, and no spare linens in case the children had accidents. We weren’t informed beforehand that we would need to bring our own supplies. There was also no modern coffee maker or baking pans.

  Disappointed , but children enjoyed, glad they didn’t eat the pill onand close to universal studios

  What breakfast? Never knew anything about food,

  The photos in advertisements are deceptive it look as if it have multiple rooms, and advertising as a lift apartment. We have boys , the decoration was girls, I wish I had a option my sons theme for his birthday was Mario not Minnie Mouse, more importantly ( the cleaners should clean better my 4 year old found a random pill narcotic with the number 50 on it on the floor. I took pictures, glad my 2yr old didn’t eat it, also the point of contact person English was not good , she kept saying she driving Tex her , every time i called with was frustrating after a 6 hrs drive. And check out time at 10am is too early for the price , next time I will get a hotel or air b n where I can have a regular check out time of 11am , and the neighbors where arguing and screaming loud hours after we arrived. I will never book again
