Apartament bardzo zadbany i świetnie wyposażony w nowoczesny sprzęt w kuchni jak i łazience a na tarasie wewnątrz można wysuszyć ręczniki i ciuchy. Apartament znajduje się na 1 piętrze z windą a duże okna dają dużo światła, jest usytuowany kilka kroków od plaży Las Canteras i kilka kroków od parku Santa Catalina. W najbliższym otoczeniu atrakcyjne restauracje, oceanarium Poema Del Mar, dworzec autobusowy z którego można łatwo dostać się z i na lotnisko. Napewno tu wrócę.

Active cockroach infestation, loud club nearby!

We stayed here from March 1 to March 11 and had a very disappointing experience. From the first evening, we encountered an active cockroach problem in the kitchen area, including live insects, visible traces of infestation, traps placed around the apartment, and dead cockroaches. We documented everything with photo and video evidence. Instead of resolving the issue before guests’ arrival, the host proposed conducting additional chemical pest control treatments while we were staying in the apartment. The property smelled strongly of chemicals, and we were expected to remain there during further treatment. We were traveling with our 3.5-year-old child, and my wife has asthma, so this was unacceptable for us. When we refused to allow another treatment inside the apartment during our stay, the situation escalated. We felt uncomfortable and unsupported, and the responsibility was shifted onto us rather than addressing the condition of the apartment. We did not pay for accommodation with an active pest issue and ongoing chemical treatment. In our view, this is a serious health and safety concern. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property based on our experience.
