Please note: Check-in is free from Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. After 7:30 PM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a fee of €30 will be charged when collecting the keys. Outside of these hours, keys will only be handed over to guests who have completed online check-in (otherwise, they will be considered no-shows) and the full amount of the stay will be charged. Please note that last-minute bookings may experience a delay of up to 2 hours for check-in (until 7:00 PM). Guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation upon arrival. If you are not the cardholder of the credit card used for the booking, please contact the property in advance. Please note that an additional charge of €30 applies for check-in after 7:30 PM or on Sundays and public holidays. The seasonal outdoor pool is open from June 15th to September 15th.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Zwykły blok/wieżowiec z lat 70 tych
Pralka w łazience, sprzątanie końcowe bez opłat, cena do jakości 3/10, zwrot kaucji dość szybko. Czystość na wejściu 8/10. Przestronny prysznic, choć niezbyt czysty. Bardzo szybko odpowiadające biuro i obsługa telefoniczna, bardzo pozytwyni ludzie obsługujący, ale jakość pokoju i wygody średnia, jkak na tą cenę, na pewnie nie na 8 jak podaje booking, dalibyśmy 6.8.
Czytajcie małym drukiem: wifi jest odpłatne 1,8 EUR za dzień, jak przyjedziecie po godzinach biura: aż 30 EUR dodatkowej opłaty za dostarczenie kluczy do recepcji, która jest 600 m dalej, a jak do pokoju to jeszcze 10 EUR. Jest o wiele więcej lepszych ofert za 55 EUR więcej. Kaucja zwrotna 150 EUR. Biuro nie powinno obciążać za te dodatkowe opłaty, w Polsce by to się nie zdażyło. Morze widać z pokoju przez milimetrową lukę pomiędzy wieżowcami, do morza ok 600 m, więc sporo się trzeba nachodzić. Estetyk apokoju średnia: 10 litrowy baniak z płynem do klimatyzacji na widoku w głównej przestrzeni. Aby pobyt był lepszy takie rzeczy jak: pieprz, sól, trochę kawy, filtry, parę herbat, kieliszki do wina powinny być na wyposażeniu. Żelazko było, ale ciekło. Basen był czyszczony przez cały pobyt, więc nie można było się w nim kąpać. W wielu innych miejscach w Benidormie dostawaliśmy np: wino i smakołyki do pokoju na powitanie.
