    gut mit handicaps

    Auswahl, leider ohne Abwechslung, langes suchen, da Eier z.B. in einem andreren Speisesaal standen.

    Wenn die Bedienung zum Abendessen fragt was sie bringen darf und nichts kommt, dann sollte man dies unterlassen. es ist schade, wenn am Tag vor der Abreise mitteilt wird, dass wir mit Begleithund im Restaurant hätte speisen dürfen. Zuvor mussten wir entweder auf der Terrasse oder auf dem Gang speisen. Bei 10 Stockwerken ist ein Aufzug zuwenig - nicht der erste Ausfall. Wenn der übrige an den unteren Stockwerken vorbeirauscht, dann muss mn teilweise drei Zyklen abwarten um einsteigen zu können. Für die Insassen etliche Stopps umsonst. - Der Zustand des Wartens ist für Gehbhinderte nicht tragbar.

    Timmendorfer Strand ja, Hotel nicht gewiss.

    Die Lage ist super. Meerblick absolut zu empfehlen. Man blickt direkt auf die Seebrücke. Hotel liegt ruhig, dennoch sehr zentral.

    Der Fahrstuhl ist eine Katastrophe. Von 2 Fahrstühlen ist einer über eine Woche lang ausgefallen. Man hat ewige Wartezeiten gehabt und ist dann ständig in allen Etagen stehen geblieben, um entnervte Gäste mitzunehmen oder aber auch abzuweisen, da der Fahrstuhl schon überfüllt war. Gäste, welche bereits mehrfach im Hotel waren, war das Problem aus vergangener Zeit bekannt!
