    Lovely, centrally located apartment

    Superb location. It was lovely to watch the square and the city come to life early in the morning and with the window open we could hear the trumpet refrain from the church. There was no street noise late at night. Having a separate toilet to the main bathroom was welcome. The stairs weren't a problem (except for the initial ascent with luggage). Coffee and sugar were supplied which was a nice touch

    The first and second floors of the building are university lecture rooms. One slight concern was that the 2 smaller bedrooms (one is only a single) only had windows that opened directly into the communal stairwell and it didn't feel secure to open them to let some air in so it got a bit stuffy.

    Vista eccezionale! Appartamento confortevole e pulitissimo. Molto cortese la signorina delle pulizie che ci ha dato preziose indicazioni.

    Non dipende dalla struttura ma ritengo importante segnalarlo: l’appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore. Non è dotato di impianto di condizionamento. Purtroppo alcune notti sono state afose. C’erano dei ventilatori ma lasciando le finestre aperte,con la piazza sottostante molto animata fino a tarda notte, era difficile dormire.
