    Cute apartment, excellent location.

    Location was great.

    The strong smell, not for those who are sensitive to smell. The apartment had a strong smell, although it was clean. The sofa in the living area was dirty and I had an allergic reaction when my skin rubbed on the sofa. The smell of the newly laid vinyl flooring was very strong. Not very pleasant.

    Convenient location, clean and comfortable. Had washer and dryer which was awesome!

    Water pressure could have been better but it was ok
