    An exceptional stay in Seoul!

    We had an exceptional stay all round. The reception staff Hae Ri, Amy and Rachel were warm, kind, incredibly helpful and gave us excellent recommendations on where to go beyond the well known tourist spots. Their warmth and hospitality and that of their colleagues Mason and William and others made our stay truly enjoyable! The housekeeping team was also top notch - the apartment was cleaned each day and everything was absolutely spotless! I wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else on my future trips to Seoul!

    프론트 데스크 직원분들이 너무 친절하네요.. 최고의 스탭분들 입니다

    실내 청소가 깨끗한날도 있고 대충 한듯한 지저분한 느낌이 드는날도 있네요(아마도 객실 청소 담당 스탭분에 따라 달라지는 듯) . 특히 소파 쿠션에서 냄새가 너무 심해 교체 요청을 했더니 바꿔주셨어요. 벼개도 너무 높아 오리털 벼개로 바꿔달라 요청해서 사용했구요.. 프론트 데스크의 직원분들 전부 다 친절하셔서 그것으로 모든 컴플레인을 대체 할수 있었네요. .
