    My stay was great, Kathrine at the bar is a fantastic Mixologist, she understands drinks, and the rest of the bartender

    Staff is professional and understands what customers service is.

    All of it clean, bars.

    I should have received a credit for having issues with the air every single day.

    Cleanliness, evening entertainment, restaurant/cafe on site and free beach chairs.

    I didn’t like the pool was not as cleaned. Sand and bugs most of the time during my stay. I was disappointed as I am a Bonvoy member and reserved two rooms costing over $2,000 yet every single day I had to call for air conditioning maintenance do to a condensation issue. I was extremely disappointed.
