    Overall excellent stay and great location

    Location next to Metro.

    The catering manager in the breakfast area requires some further service training as Unfortunately a necessary complaint was made about him and his customer service and communication skills and some levels of the lack of food items at breakfast being empty bins. Senior Management dealt promptly with this manager and satisfactorily addressed my complaint. Shame really as all the other staff went above and beyond and were very Proffesional during our stay.
