    New facilities, very plush, staff was very good and humble!

    The new facility was bit isolated from main building / lobby of the hotel.

    كانت ليلة سيئة جداً

    الهدوء ونظافة الغرفة

    موظفين الاستقبال كانو سيئين في التعامل ولم يراعو الوصول من السفر من خلال تسليم الغرفة المطلوبة في وقت الوصول . ماعدا الموظفه يوكي ثانياً تم سحب المبلغ من البطاقة اكثر من مره وحصل لخبطه في الجهاز و بعد تسليمنا للغرفة قامو بازعاجنا كثير اً بطرق الباب والاتصال على هاتف الغرفه طوال الليل من اجل دفع المبلغ من جديد . ( حصلت عمليه عكسيه ) واضاعو عليه الصباح في التواصل مع البنك للتاكد من الاموال المصروفه باختصار فندق يبحث عن المال لا عن راحة النزلاء .
