Weak first impression. Room was nice, but loud from the traffic.
Location was great for what we were doing but the traffic outside of room was extremely loud. I think the door need something better to help.
The reception. We came in after after a long day of travel, three flights and an UBER and the receptionist said she didn't have us in the system. We sat around trying to figure out how to get the a particular reference number from Booking. Her supervisor, I assume, finally came out and helped. Said they've had issues with Booking but didn't tell us. They should have known. Then the apologized and got us checked in, gave our girls some snacks, and said we could have free parking, though we had been using UBER. Ended up renting a car. The house keeping cleaned once and when they came back the next time they made the beds but didn't take out the trash. Couldn't use much of the amenities due to canceling the pools for weather. Overall we liked the layout of the room and the balcony.

I paid the property beforehand on the Booking app, and after my stay they full charged me on the card they used for hold. They charged again the full stay plus parking which I couldn’t park in front of my building most of the time because they were doing some works and maintenance on the parking lot.

The pool was closed for a very long time due to weather, however the storms did pass through but the pool remained closed for hours which did not seem warranted.
