  Excellent Hospitality and Authentic Bedouin Experience but Cleanliness Needs Improvement

  The camp has a great location and is easy to reach in a normal sedan car, so a 4x4 is not necessary. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. It was also very convenient to arrange activities directly through the camp. We booked the stargazing tour, which was amazing and offered an authentic desert experience. We stayed for two nights in a bubble dome tent, which was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom containing all the necessary amenities. Dinner was another highlight, with delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. Having traditional tea served around the fire was a particularly special touch and made the experience feel genuinely authentic.

  Unfortunately, cleanliness was a concern. Our room had clearly not been cleaned properly, as there were remnants from previous guests still on the floor. The dining area used for breakfast and dinner also needed more attention. There also appeared to be insufficient staff to manage the number of guests. The buffet was not replenished quickly enough, and food, drinks, cutlery and crockery frequently ran out, which affected the overall dining experience. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, better attention to cleanliness and more effective management of the buffet would significantly improve the stay. For the price paid, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness, better-maintained dining facilities and more efficient service to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

  みなさんのおかげで母に素晴らしい体験と景色を見てもらえて感謝です。

  ワディラム砂漠を訪れることをずっと楽しみにしていたので、今回こちらに宿泊できたことは、私たちにとって本当に素晴らしい体験になりました。 目の前に広がる息をのむほど美しい砂漠の景色、スタッフの皆さんの温かいおもてなし、そして美味しいお食事。すべてが期待以上で、心から感動しました。 たった1泊の滞在でしたが、チェックインからチェックアウトまで、Zaidさんをはじめスタッフの皆さんが本当に親切に、そして温かく私たちを迎え、お世話してくださいました。 美しい景色はもちろんですが、何より皆さんの優しさと温かさが、この滞在をさらに特別なものにしてくれたと思います。 ここで過ごした時間は、私たちの人生の中で決して忘れることのない、大切な思い出になりました。 Zaidさん、そしてスタッフの皆さん、本当にありがとうございました。 いつかまた、この素晴らしい場所に戻ってきたいと思います！

  電気がソーラーパネルで、定期的にソーラーパネルがが切り替わるタイミングで全ての電気が落ちますが、ほんの数秒で戻るので問題ありません。最初驚きましたが、すぐに慣れます。
