    Close to Magaluf and close to the beach

    Nice staff and lots of them to help you. Easy to navigate around and good drinks and cocktails selection. Great beds and decent blackout curtains to sleep well, quiet rooms. Very relaxing with not much to do if you like that. Clean complex with lots of free sun-beds due to cold pool. Beach was very close and water park €7 taxi, airport €45 each way.

    Half board but doesn’t include water with your dinner, yet they have champagne at breakfast. No water fountains around the property or gym. Gym was very basic so don’t expect much, no air con. Spa was shut Tuesday and Wednesdays with no access to sauna and the steam room was broken. Food was very basic and plenty of it. The hotel itself could make many improvements with food, happy hour at the bar, activities to bring people together as it’s the people that make your holiday. Literally, no one around the pool all day, no atmosphere at all. Yet the hotel seemed full. Pool was freezing in October and the teenagers had nothing to do.
