    Thank you so much for an incredible stay, I couldnt rate this place highly enough. Amazing.

    Everything was so amazing; the hosts go above and beyond, and I couldn't believe the breakfast they provided. Wonderful place that I highly recommend.

    An ideal blend of a modern, well equipped place with warm, human touches. We loved the views from the living space and the generous provision of food for breakfast. An especially welcome touch was the home made marmalade and honey. We liked Lewes very much. A perfect base for coast path walking (Seven Sisters) and Charleston Farmhouse. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

    We were staying on our wedding weekend - place exceeded expectations with all the little extras

    Breakfast was great, left lots of nice things for us to eat and tea coffee great. Lovely bathroom stuff to use and generally a great stay. Bed huge and exceptionally comfy.

    Nothing - we loved it.

    Home from.home, just like the photos

    I didn't like anything...... ...... I loved it all!!!! Total home from home, without a microwave (good in my eyes). Massive comfortable bed with use of the wardrobes and drawers. Great kitchen space with an array of coffee and tea INC. decaff which I usually have to take everywhere with me. Ginny and Henry provide some basic necessities which is a wonderful touch including their own home made jam and marmalade (they make a product each as a little healthy competition, so cute!). Lovely bath/wetroom with an awesome shower and Neals Yard products (used not new, but that doesn't bother me). Marshlands is exactly what you see in the photos. The view from the living area (bedroom downstairs) is gorgeous. Greeeeeeen 💚 Everything you could want for a relaxing stay with Ginny and Henry as delightful hosts. I cannot wait to stay there again which I most definitely will do.
