Dangerous and uninhabitable, please avoid
Nothing
This property is in a dangerous and uninhabitable state. The shower leaks through the electrics in the kitchen below. The lights flicker dangerously. The garden is full of rubbish. Everything is broken or poorly maintained. Beds and towels were dirty. Not enough crockery although that's the least of the issues. Refund offered by property owner but not sent, and booking.com were no help.

Awful accommodation. Very disappointed with owner, saying would refund us and yet has refused it to booking.com.

Unsafe with fire alarms removed and wires exposed. Unclean to a such a poor standard could not stay there- beds had hairs and sheets dirty and floors sticky. Dishes not cleaned and not enough for number of people. Facilities- shower broken, hole in floor. Owner refused refund although place not safe or clean to be in. Shouldn’t be on booking.com or any other site! Appalling.

fantastic stay and would definitely return
The property was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable break. The beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. It was well equipped with fresh towels, bedding, tea, coffee, toiletries, and all the little extras that made us feel at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.
The garden could do with a little upkeep, and the BBQ was very dirty when we came to use it, so we had to clean it before cooking. There was also some damage around the property, which appeared to have been caused by previous guests. The host was very apologetic and acknowledged these issues, and they didn’t detract from our overall stay. As there were nine of us, a few more knives, forks, and plates would have been helpful, as we found ourselves washing items more frequently than expected.

We were able to come and go as we pleased without wasting too much time travelling to the NEC. I must comment on the age
The property was ideal for a group of senior ladies gathered together from Canada, USA and Europe for a long awaited get together to visit Crufts. The property provided more than adequate accommodation for us and located perfectly.
