  Für eine Nacht ok

  Nah am Bahnhof gelegen und trotzdem hört man nichts von der Straße. Die Fenster sind gut abzudunkeln. Man bekommt morgens 2 süße Stücke an die Tür gehängt. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Joghurt, Wasser und anderen Getränken.

  Es handelt sich nicht um ein Hotel, sondern um eine umfunktionierte Wohnung in einem Wohnblock. Es gibt keine Rezeption oder Personal im Gebäude. Eine Rezeption gab es in einem anderen Gebäude, welches circa 5 min zu Fuß entfernt ist. Als allein reisende Frau würde ich mich im Eingangsbereich des Wohnblocks nachts nicht wohlfühlen, da es sehr dunkel und man zwischen Zaun und Baugerüsten im Innenhof nach hinten gehen muss. Man brauchte 4 Schlüssel um von der Straße ins Zimmer zu gelangen. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, sodass man die anderen Leute in der Wohnung laut gehört hat. Das Doppelbett besteht aus zusammen geschobenen Einzelbetten, sodass man nicht zusammen in der Mitte liegen kann. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Wir finden es zu teuer für das, was man hat. Aber das ist bei den Unterkünften in Rom wohl allgemein so.

  I highly recommend it—great location, very clean room, and very friendly staff.

  The inner courtyard was full of trash bins.

  The area is under construction, so it very noisy and dangerous to enter the place. Also the elevator is very old and stuck few times made me climb up 3 gloors many times. A lot of ants in the room and the apartment itself . The bathtub is full of rust and limescale.

  Not valuable for the money

  The location is good

  Is not clear where the reception is, we arrived at 14 and the room was not ready yet, and they didn’t communicate anything to us. We had to wait 1 h more. They also asked us to pay the council tax by cash cause the card machine was broken, but when we said we couldn’t withdraw they made us pay by card….. Last but not least, the room with separate bathroom is very noisy and you can hear anything from the kitchen. So we have been woken up at 6.30 by other people using the kitchen. I don’t think this place is valuable for the money.

  Todo excelente

  Todo excelente. Muy buena atención, limpieza, lugar cómodo y cerca de todo. Habitación cómoda, silenciosa, buena ducha, aire condicionado. Se puede dejar las maletas antes y después del check out. Hay una pequeña cocina para preparar alguna

  El precio es elevado pero lamentablemente es algo que pasa en toda la ciudad de Roma. Y la tasa turística que no se puede pagar con tarjeta (solo efectivo).
