    Great location and very clean

Very close to duomo and most museums. Many places to eat, our favorite stop was EATALY which was next to the hotel.

    Inconsistent refills for coffee supplies

Perfect location in the centre of everything, so it was very easy to walk to all landmarks. Great staff.

    Location!

Lift was a little scary - so we took the stairs!
