    Very spacious and mostly clean. The centre is some distance away but still accessible. Breakfast food, water and coffee was provided. Balcony was a nice touch. Host is communicative. Grocery stores are available nearby. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A comfortable stay in general. Late check-in was accommodated at a cost of €50. Check-out was on time.

    The en-suite bathroom to the larger room had an ant issue in my experience. Some sealant needs to be applied where I saw they were coming in from. The centre is accessible but further away than we thought since the Crescenzago station is closed from June until September. You have to take a bus and then the metro, or walk 11 mins to Cimiano station. Not fun with heavy luggage, but still possible so just be aware!
