Good price, but lies in facilities for the booking
The price was good for the location and there were plenty of waters, coffee pods, female hygiene ammenities
My partner and I picked this hotel from the good reviews, closeness to the train station, and the sole fact it has a washer and dryer. This was a lie and I am not sure where these good reviews have come from. This was our least favoured stay during our 2 months through Europe. The washing machine/ tumble dryer is non existent. Just a hole in the wall for the tap, and a plastic tub to wash your clothes. The drying rack for the towels does not work, and the shower will pour water all through the bathroom and out into the kitchen if you’re in there for long enough. This is even with the bathmat down, which was soaked anyway. The electric blinds for the living room do not work, and the plastic blinds are flimsy. One of the doors in the living room has no blinds, so you feel no sense of security in the apartment with people able to just watch you. This is also a similar case for the bedroom, and if you forget to close the bathroom door, it’s a clear view straight through. We also contacted the owner through booking.com around 4pm to ask politely if there were any pods in the room due to our ferry arriving late and the inability to attend any shops before our arrival. This was left with no answer for the rest of the day, and I only assume due to the fact there was no washing machine. Upon a comment left by the owner to my review. I would like to clarify that the owner DID NOT OFFER to clean our clothes for us, and had ample opportunity to message me stating that the washing machine had broke, and had since been removed. I messaged the property around 16:00 (Europe time) which the messages now unfortunately reflect Australian time now; however, still left plenty of time for the owner to contact me stating the machine had broken and had been removed, as it happened mere hours before our arrival, which was around 23:00, and now the owner will not answer Booking.com so a refund cannot be processed.

This is our second time staying here, such a hidden gem! The apartment is open and clean with lots of beautiful plants. Every detail is thought through, they even left our toddler a toy to play with and cute towels. The bathroom is unique and the stay is very comfortable.
It's on lycabettus hill so the streets aren't super stroller friendly but it was easy to find street parking and we were able to use the bus to help get around more easily. Not at all a deal breaker but good to know if traveling with kids.
