    La posizione a una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro, l'essere in una zona pedonale (ma con vicino un parcheggio pubblico coperto), l'atmosfera di una casa vissuta, la disponibilità della padrona Martina, anche se solo a distanza.

    La casa ha tre finestre con persiane e un lucernario sopra la porta di ingresso. Di notte non si riesce a oscurare l'appartamento. L'ideale sarebbe sostituire le persiane con scuroni, o in alternativa mettere tende oscuranti al posto delle tendine bianche.
