    staff, cleanliness, location

    the prepaid arrangement included breakfast. However, due to a very early checkout at 5am this was not possible and a breakfast to go not practical as we had to go through security at the airport. So we asked for a credit or a voucher we could have used in the restaurant during their opening times. This was declined by the management, though. We would have expected a little more flexibility here.

    **Wunderschönes, sauberes und familienfreundliches Hotel** Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel, das in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet mit einer grossen und leckeren Auswahl. Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich und bietet mit seinem schönen Pool und dem tollen Kids Club ideale Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Auch die Lobby ist sauber und einladend und bietet eine schöne Auswahl an Getränken. Die Mitarbeitenden sind äusserst aufmerksam, freundlich und sprechen ausgezeichnet Englisch. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten sind ein Pluspunkt. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre, schönen Zimmern und einem hervorragenden Service. Absolut empfehlenswert für Familien!
