  Disappointing

  The house and the style is very modern and light. When we pointed out the lack of cutlery, the cleaning staff, which were really nice and very caring, brought us some cutlery the next day, which was nice. Because of all the issues, we were allowed to do a late checkout without any additional costs on our last day.

  Unfortunately we were really disappointed with the villa, due to various reasons. 1. FACILITIES: The house was not very clean and the facilities were poor (almost no cutlery, no bowls, no bigger sheets for the bed, eventhough it is already October). Also, there are only 2 sun beds and one cushion for a house which is supposed to host 6 people. 2. BAD CONDITION: The overall bad condition of the house and lack of maintenance: the sun bed was broken, the cushion had big holes, the door handles upstairs were loose, the coffee machine was broken and the ladder for the pool was no longer fitted on the side of the pool. These issues were already pointed out in reviews from months ago, but nobody seems to care. We also notified this to the owners and were told that the technician would come some soon again and again, but over the whole week nobody showed up in order to fix this issue. It is completely understandable if something breaks down, but these issues were pointed out in various reviews for months and still nobody fixed them. 3. NOISES: The noises are almost unbearable. We should have checked better about the closeness to the airport, because the airplanes are arriving almost every 10 minutes right over the house, and throughout the whole night as well. It was so loud that sleeping was really hard. Moreover, there are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood (which is not the owners fault) but they barked the whole day, so overall the noises made a relaxing stay almost impossible. 4. The WiFi only functions downstairs, the beds are super hard and the gate for the car is supposed to be automatic, but also doesn’t work, which means you have to push it by hand which is very hard. We would not recommend the villa. For us it felt, like it is only supposed to look good on the pictures, but not in real life.

  This was a nice stay, staff friendly- we would rethink location next time

  We enjoyed having a pool and hot tub on the property

  We found 5 roaches within the home during our 3 night stay. Also the stairs to get into the pool were loose and felt unsafe entering and exiting. We didnt know the planes were 500 or less ft above us and constant noise.
