    Hidden charges kept coming up.

The beds were comfortable and showers clean. The surroundings of the hotel were appealing. The food wasn't too bad.

An extra $20 per day parking charge that was not disclosed anywhere. Deceptive description of breakfast -- you get a $15 voucher, and most menu items cost more. Not continental/buffet breakfast as advertised in the listing.

Wonderful and can't wait to stay there again during the snow season.

Check in was easy and the room was very comfortable and quiet. Coffee was excellent both in-room and downstairs. Perfect for a 2 night stay.

Nothing. All of the highest rating marked are accurate to how we felt there (and we are good at identifying and addressing problems if there are any).
