    Friendly, comfortable and well located

    Excellent breakfast, fantastic front desk staff - friendly, attentive and very helpful. Attractive and spacious bar and lounge. Room very clean and comfortable. Great location for a tram into the city centre or an easy 20-minute walk. Some excellent restaurants close by.

    The room was on the small side and had limited storage. No coffee machine and limited selection of drinks in room - just instant coffee sachets and a couple of teas. But these were very minor matters overall.

    Comfortable stay but some tweaks needed

    Good location, short walk from city centre and great public transport links. Room was small but comfortable and relatively clean. Staff were very pleasant and keen to help out. Nice bar with good cocktail selection and friendly bartender. Decent value for money

    Room needed a bit of TLC - lots of scuff marks on the walls, water stains / some mould and yellowing in the bathroom, etc. Rooms are small - wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing but they layouts / furnishings make the room feel very cramped. No facilities like gym etc Only kettle and instant coffee in room, no machine.

    The staff were great. They spoke perfect English, and it was a pleasure to see them every time we walked through the doo

    Very central to everything and in a clean neighbourhood also close to trams you should definitely do a wine tour also
